Application:
0.6/1(1.2)kv cu/xlpe/lszh copper cable underground cable xlpe insulated power cable IEC60502-1, IEC60332-1 can be buried or installed in conduit as well as outdoors without requiring additional protection. They are suitable for all types of Low Voltage (LV) industrial-type connections, including urban grids and building installations with a voltage rating of 600/1000V. Its high flexibility makes the installation process substantially easier and, as a result, is particularly suitable for use in difficult layouts.
Construction:
Conductors: solid copper or bare stranded copper as per IEC 60228 circular shape
Insulation: XLPE material and thickness shall be as per IEC 60502-1 for 90°C continuous operation.
Outer Sheath: Extruded PVC Type ST2 or LSZH ST7 as per IEC 60502-1.
Special type of PVC sheathing material such as Fire Retardant PVC, Anti-Termite PVC, Anti-Rodent PVC, Sunlight resistant PVC, Oil Resistant PVC are available on special request. Also, special sheathing materials such as LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE, LSF, CPE are available on request.
Characteristics:
1.The long-term permissible operation temperature of the conductor shall not be higher than 90℃.
2. Conductor maximum short circuit((less than 5 second) temperature shall not be higher than 250℃.
3. The cable is not limited by drop in level when being laid, and the environment temperature shall not be lower than 0℃.
4. Perfect chemical stability, resistant against acids, alkalis, grease and organic solvents, and flame retardance.
5. Light weight, perfect bending properties, installed and maintained easily and conveniently.
